This recycled plastic tongue and groove board or plank is tough even without the steel inner, but with it we have created an industrial strength quality suitable for the heaviest duty.

Never needs treatment and naturally costs nothing to maintain and will never need replacing in a lifetime. The whole life cost is therefore much less than any wood tongue and groove equivalent and will last at least 5 times longer than wood. (see WRAP cost comparison study).

These recycled plastic profiles are the future of construction and building as they carry a low carbon footprint and perform much better than wooden versions and other traditional materials such as steel, concrete, virgin plastic.

Case studies have demonstrated the cost effective benefit of using recycled plastic over wood eg: Your Housing Association and Whitefriars have been replacing wooden fencing with recycled plastic and report up to 80% savings on maintenance and replacement. Not a single panel has required replacement since installation began 10 years ago as of Dec 2014.
