Plastic HDPE sheets - bright sandwich of colours


We use this material for many of our own exclusive product designs.

Because the colours are layers, we can etch into it and reveal the colour underneath revealing patterns, numbers, letters or words.

You can see examples of this technique in our outdoor children's kitchen units, as well as teaching aids such as the brightly coloured outdoor wall clock for teaching time.

We supply this plastic board in the equivalent of 8 x 4 foot sheets (2440mm x 1220mm) and in 2 thicknesses - 12.7mm and 19mm.

We can even supply 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 size sheets for a wide variety of uses.

If you don't need the layered colours we also supply solid coloured sheet/board too.

For agricultural use as pens and animal stalls and other similar uses we have stokbord made from 100% recycled plastic and rubber.

Please note that this sheet is unfortunately not recycled plastic though offcuts are recycled back into new material. In the UK we do not separate plastics into their respective colours and types of plastic. Solid bright colours are difficult to make with waste plastic. Consequently, our black HDPE is the only colour containing 80-100% recycled plastic material. We are continuing to research a recycled plastic alternative in bright colours which may arrive as plastic separation technology develops.
